- Your cake will be delivered fresh and ready for your celebration. We recommend keeping it refrigerated until serving
- We guarantee the freshness of your flowers.
- All orders are transported in Ferns N Petals’ temperature-controlled vans.
- Our specially designed packaging ensures your order arrives in perfect condition.
- Flowers often bloom beautifully in the days after delivery — this is part of their natural charm.
- We take great care to make sure the bouquet delivered closely matches the one you ordered.
- Refrigerate the cake as soon as it is received.
- Serve slices at room temperature and avoid exposure to heat.
- Best consumed within 48 hours.
- If flowers are delivered in an arrangement with floral foam, add fresh water immediately and keep the foam moist throughout the day.
- Do not place flowers in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
- To maintain freshness, remove wilted flowers, leaves, or foliage as needed.

- In rare cases where a product is unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, bestgift.ae reserves the right to either:
- 1- Refund the product amount, or 2- Offer an alternative solution such as resending a similar product or providing another product of equal value.
- Once a refund, replacement, or alternate resolution is approved, we strive to process it within 1–14 working days.
